David A. Cordeiro is licensed by the State of California, the District of Columbia and the State of New York as an Attorney and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court - Northern District of California and the United States District Court - Central District of California.  Mr. Cordeiro has been in practice since 1998 and he is the Principal of Aware Legal.  Mr. Cordeiro has gained the reputation of being an ethical but vigorous strategist, negotiator, and litigator.

Mr. Cordeiro graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Syracuse University with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Syracuse University with a Juris Doctor in Law. While at Syracuse Law, Mr. Cordeiro also attended the City University of Hong Kong and Vanderbilt University.  

Prior to law school, Mr. Cordeiro worked as a software engineer, ASIC designer, analog engineer, and optical engineer. 

Since law school, Mr. Cordeiro has worked in private practice and in-house to corporations practicing in the areas of (foreign and domestic):
